A court session is scheduled for today at the Basic Court in Pristina concerning the barricades erected in northern Kosovo in October 2022. The case involves six individuals: Dushan Maksimoviq, Milosh Radosavljeviq, Nemanja Joloviq, Dushan Drobaq, Srdjan Vuçiniq, and Nenad Orloviq. The initial hearing, which was originally set for July, was postponed due to the non-appearance of two of the accused.
According to the indictment issued by the Special Prosecutor’s Office, the six accused are suspected of organizing and raising barricades within the northern municipalities of Kosovo. Specifically, the indictment states that major roads were blocked as a result of these actions.
