According to reports, V.H. is accused of causing serious bodily harm to the 15-year-old son of the denouncer. The incident reportedly took place during a period of prior public disturbance concerning public order and peace.
Following a comprehensive documentation process of the events, the Unit for Violent Crime attached to the SPB Skopje announced its intention to file a formal criminal complaint. This complaint will allege the commission of the criminal act “serious bodily harm,” citing Article 131 of the Penal Code. The authorities are proceeding with the investigation related to the events of that year.
