A serious road crash took place this afternoon on the Korça-Maliq national route, close to the Bulgarec settlement. Initial reports indicate a collision involving an Opel Corsa and a BMW. The Opel Corsa was maneuvering to transition onto a smaller roadway when it experienced a direct head-on impact with a BMW vehicle moving along the primary road.
The resulting collision caused injuries to three individuals, all members of a family. These included the father and his two young children. Emergency services swiftly transported the injured family to the Korça Regional Hospital for immediate medical attention.
Hospital officials confirmed that the two children are currently under care in the pediatric unit. They stated that their conditions are stable and they no longer face any life-threatening risks. Medical staff are providing comprehensive treatment to all involved.
