According to a report issued by the Kosovo Police, the incident occurred on April 26, 2026, near 8:00 AM. Police confirmed that the suspect was taken into custody following the altercation.
Authorities stated that the victims sustained minor physical injuries and required immediate medical attention. Furthermore, the police noted that, by decision of the prosecutor, the spray used during the incident was seized as evidence. In connection with the incident, Burim Shala, the executive director of the company “Eko Regjioni,” provided context regarding the involved parties.
Shala indicated that the individuals who were attacked were employees of his company. He stated that the confrontation reportedly began after these employees had addressed a citizen regarding the improper dumping of waste materials from a vehicle. The police statement detailed that the suspect was arrested after allegedly attacking the group with the spray.
