Authorities have announced that this portion, spanning from the Crystal Hotel roundabout to the Policor Station, will be completely closed to vehicular traffic on April 23rd and 24th. To manage the disruption, the municipality has designated an alternative route for all traffic participants. Drivers are advised to use “Xhemë Topalla” Street as the designated detour during the specified dates.
