KRU “Gjakova” has stated that these actions constitute a criminal offense, and the company intends to pursue the matter through judicial channels, specifically involving the Prosecutor’s Office. Furthermore, during the same operation, the team conducted another disconnection for a different consumer who held an outstanding debt of 2,145 euros with the utility. The company clarified that this specific service interruption was a direct result of the significant outstanding balance owed to KRU “Gjakova”.
