According to the official notice issued by the Prosecution, the defendant, who is employed in a public capacity, is suspected of having improperly accepted financial benefits in cash. These alleged transactions occurred on three separate occasions spanning the period between June and August of 2025.

The funds were reportedly received from an individual who is currently deprived of liberty within the facility. The prosecution asserts that the actions of the officer violate established ethical and legal standards governing public servants. The indictment establishes a formal basis for investigation into whether the officer misused his position within the correctional setting to gain illicit financial advantages.
