Apartments in Gruevski are on sale, with the average price per square meter exceeding 3,400 euros.

The apartments formerly belonging to Prime Minister Nikolla Gruevski in the Vodno complex have been listed for sale again. This listing follows the state confiscation of the properties, which occurred subsequent to the ruling in the “Vodno Parcels” case. The three luxury apartments will be available for public viewing starting April 16, with the official public auction scheduled for April 29.

The properties offer significant living space. Two of the units each feature a living area of approximately 200 square meters, complemented by a terrace measuring just under 50 square meters. The initial asking price for each of these two apartments is set at 850,000 euros.

The third apartment is described as having an area of approximately 150 square meters and a balcony spanning 95 square meters. This unit is offered with an initial price of 760,000 euros. Collectively, the initial valuation for the three apartments amounts to 2.46 million euros.

Based on these figures, the average price per square meter across the properties surpasses 3.4 euros. These units represent a substantial real estate offering in the Vodno area.
