Italian police have apprehended Roberto Mazzarella from a luxury villa in Bregun e Amalfi. A group of individuals identified as mafiosi were involved in the arrest. However, Italian authorities have not yet formally charged Mazzarella in connection with the alleged crime.
According to a police statement, the arrest was carried out by Carabinieri officers. The statement indicated that while Mazzarella was taken into custody, formal charges related to the alleged crime against the people have not yet been filed. The investigation is ongoing.
