The organization contends that the nature of the work performed by these 26 employees suggests a permanent employment relationship rather than one covered by specialized service contracts. By flagging this discrepancy, AVONET aims to ensure compliance with current labor and public procurement laws governing the Ministry.
The request for cancellation seeks to halt the process until the employment status of the contracted personnel can be reviewed and brought into alignment with statutory requirements.
