BMW allows 67 clients to test its armored vehicles

BMW recently hosted an event at its development center in Sokolov, inviting 67 clients from eight European nations to test its armored versions of the 7 Series and X5. The manufacturer utilized the event to demonstrate the performance capabilities of these reinforced models, even considering their increased weight compared to the standard variants. During the testing sessions, attendees had the opportunity to compare the armored 7 Series and X5 against standard models, including the 740d and 750e, alongside the X5 50e, X5 40d, and X5 M.

A key component of the demonstration involved assessing how the vehicles managed emergency braking maneuvers while cornering. The testing procedures were overseen by instructors trained in Germany and the Czech Republic. The focus remained on showcasing the robust performance of the armored BMW models.

The event provided prospective clients with hands-on experience evaluating the handling and capabilities of the reinforced 7 Series and X5 lines.
