Prime Minister Christian Mickoski has announced that the Executive Committee of OBRM-PDUKM will convene next Tuesday. During this session, decisions are expected regarding personnel appointments and departmental modifications as part of the planned reconstruction of the government. Speaking on “Studio e Hapur” on RTVM, Mickoski clarified that the restructuring effort is not solely a reaction to recent ministerial dismissals.
Instead, he indicated that the process is driven by the necessity to redefine the strategic priorities among the coalition partners. The Prime Minister stated, “It is not only the results that matter – if they were not good enough or not at all. Sometimes the reconstruction happens because priorities change.
What was important two years ago has a different form today and requires a different approach.”
He emphasized that the changes are a function of evolving political landscapes and shifting strategic focuses among the coalition members. The announced restructuring aims to realign the administration’s focus with current national needs, moving beyond mere performance evaluations. Mickoski indicated that these adjustments are designed to ensure the coalition structure remains responsive to contemporary challenges, thereby optimizing the operational capacity of the executive branch.
