“EKO-THERANDA” teams on site for cleaning of cisterns and atmospheric water collectors

The NPL “EKO-THERANDA” teams in Suharekë commenced the week by focusing on gutter cleaning and rainwater drainage within the city’s streets. An announcement indicated that debris accumulated in multiple areas following recent rainfall, thereby obstructing the natural flow of water. Consequently, the teams are currently engaged in fieldwork to remove these obstructions and maintain public infrastructure.

Through this ongoing effort, the organization stated its commitment to ensuring the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of public spaces. The focus on drainage infrastructure was evident as heavy rains were reported falling on the City Park drain in Prizren. The NPL “EKO-THERANDA” extended its gratitude to the citizens for their cooperation.

Furthermore, the group issued a call for continued public involvement in maintaining the cleanliness of the environment and public areas. The efforts by the dedicated teams underscore a commitment to maintaining civic sanitation and functional public utilities across the region.
