Ardian Gjini, the leader of the Alliance, has commented on the recent state evaluation concerning graduation tests within educational institutions. In a post on Facebook, Gjini argued that the graduation test is intended to evaluate the educational system itself, rather than the individual students. He asserted that the assessment should function as a measure of the system’s quality, stating, “Instead of answering the question, ‘What is the quality of the education system?’ it should test the system, not the students individually.”
Gjini further contended that the existing test mechanism has been problematic for several years.
He suggested that it creates undue stress for both students and parents. According to Gjini, the test disadvantages diligent students who do not cheat, while simultaneously giving an advantage to those who do not know the material but cheat. Moreover, he stated that the assessment does not yield genuine results and should therefore be removed from the educational curriculum.
Gjini concluded by emphasizing that, above all, the test produces false outcomes rather than accurate ones.
