Filipino: The economy is not big, it has 1500 sales points, and it is a big market for products and investments

Industrial production has fallen by 6% compared to last year and 13.9% this month, according to statements made by LSDM party leader Venko Filipce during a session in Parliament. Foreign investment has also decreased by almost one-third compared to the previous year. Several factories are closing, leading to widespread unemployment.

Approximately 1,500 workers have been left without jobs in recent months. Filipce attributed these economic difficulties to the ongoing crisis, stating that citizens are struggling to survive. He cited the beginning of the conflict in Iran as the initial trigger for the economic downturn, beginning in the latter part of February.

Filipce criticized the government’s response, arguing that they failed to take timely action. He emphasized the need for immediate measures to address the situation stemming from the Iranian conflict.
