The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MPB) of North Macedonia reported that in the past 24 hours, law enforcement officers apprehended four drivers nationwide for operating vehicles without a valid license. The arrests took place across several locations, including Skopje, Kochani, the area near Kërçova, and the vicinity of Tetovo. The MPB stated that following the completion of documentation for these incidents, appropriate criminal charges will be filed against the individuals involved.
In a public statement, the Ministry emphasized the necessity of adherence to all traffic rules and regulations for the safety of all road users. Officials urged all traffic participants to exercise caution and responsibility when operating vehicles. Specifically, the MPB cautioned against driving without a valid license, operating a vehicle when a license has been suspended, or driving while under the influence of alcohol.
The Ministry stressed that collective compliance is essential for contributing to a safer overall traffic environment.
