Kosovo-based company Frutex has reached a significant international milestone with its confirmed ownership of the historic “Nestor Hotel” complex in Ludwigsburg, Germany. The establishment, originally constructed in 1874, is recognized as one of the city’s most notable architectural landmarks. The property encompasses a substantial construction area of 13,500 square meters, situated on a total plot of 1.35 hectares.

The comprehensive complex offers a wide range of amenities, including 179 hotel rooms, a restaurant, an event hall, and various supporting facilities. According to company statements, a portion of this newly acquired property will be utilized by Frutex. This dedicated space will function as a central hub for coordinating the sales activities and business development efforts for Frutex products across both the German and broader European markets.
