The Kosovo Security Force (FSK) water search and rescue team has been deployed to assist in the operation to locate a missing individual in the Battle Lake. Vëllazërim Qerimi from the FSK confirmed to Telegrafi that the search and rescue team commenced operations upon receiving notification regarding the missing person. Qerimi stated, “The FSK search and rescue team for water has intervened after receiving information from the Kosovo Security Center; they are operating there on the ground.”
The incident involved an individual who entered the Battle Lake and whose whereabouts are currently unknown.
Upon arrival at the scene, search and rescue teams, alongside units from the Kosovo Police, informed Telegrafi that all relevant police units and auxiliary units had been mobilized.
