Gati 94 million dinars to pay for the 2,430 buses in Maqedoni

The Ministry of Agriculture in North Macedonia has allocated nearly 94 million denars (approximately $1.5 million) in financial support to around 2,430 farmers. The funds are part of a program designed to bolster the agricultural sector for the year 2025. According to a ministry announcement, the primary allocation of 89,465,370 denars was distributed to 2,381 beneficiaries outlined in Sub-Table 1.1.

This payment directly supported the cultivation of workable agricultural land for rice production under the “Financial Support for Agriculture” program. An additional 3,313,888 denars was allocated for financial assistance in preserving and storing domestically produced wheat and barley, as detailed in Measure 7 of the program. Furthermore, 1,060,218 denars was provided to support the delivery of rice through the “Fund for Intervention in Agriculture” for 2025, as indicated in Sub-Table 1.1.

The Ministry of Agriculture emphasized its commitment to ensuring the stability and sustainability of the country’s agricultural sector.
