Gjermania shtrëngon rregullat, burrat duhet të marrin leje nga ushtria për të dalë jashtë shtetit

German authorities now require individuals aged 17 to 45 to obtain permission from German military forces to leave the country for longer than three months. This regulation is part of the Military Service Modernization Act, which took effect earlier this year. The law has sparked considerable debate, primarily focusing on mandatory youth recruitment and fundamental defense readiness issues.

However, it has now been revealed that millions of men are affected by this change. According to the Military Service Act, male individuals must obtain authorization from Bundeswehr career centers after reaching the age of 17 if they intend to reside outside of Germany for more than three months. The legislation specifically outlines this requirement.

The debate surrounding the Act centered largely on recruitment and defense preparedness. This new stipulation introduces a further layer of complexity to the process for individuals seeking to leave Germany temporarily.
