The Municipality of Gjilan is initiating a significant process for reconstructing cadastral zones. This undertaking commences with public consultations, designed to explain the project’s implementation to residents. The initial phase will encompass the cadastral areas of Livoc e Perm, Bresalc, Shillove, and Dobrcan.
Furthermore, it will include the neighborhoods of Arbëria and Dheu i Bardhë. Mayor Alban Hyseni views this as a crucial step in modernizing property records and bolstering legal protections. “We are beginning a very important process for our municipality: the rebuilding of cadastral zones, which aims to update property data and increase legal security for your property,” Hyseni explained.
He confirmed that the first informational session will take place in Livoc e Perm, specifically at the “Vatra e Ditur” Lower Elementary School. This comprehensive effort focuses on meticulously rebuilding the cadastral system. The goal is to ensure accurate and up-to-date information regarding land ownership, ultimately enhancing security for all property holders within the affected zones.
