Albulena Haxhiu, an official from the LVV, stated that Albin Kurti is exerting maximum efforts to find a resolution and avert the need for elections. She questioned the opposition’s refusal to meet, emphasizing that the offer of the Speaker position to opposition members was intended to reach a consensus without resorting to extraordinary elections. “There should be no boycott, no accusations. Because despite the differences, we must be together for an agreement.
We will continue to discuss the differences,” Haxhiu stated. The statement suggests an attempt to de-escalate political tension by proposing a procedural role within the parliament. Haxhiu argued that collaboration is necessary despite existing disagreements.
The focus remains on continuing discussions to build an agreement rather than proceeding with an election.
