Both instances of alleged theft occurred while the nurses were working night shifts.
The court’s ruling formalizes the restrictions placed on the suspects pending the outcome of the criminal proceedings. The measures aim to ensure the suspects remain confined to their residence, thereby limiting potential interference with the ongoing investigation into the misuse of patient funds.
