Person Dies Suddenly During Game in Lipjan
Lipjan, Kosovo – On April 3, 2026, at approximately 5:35 PM, a man died suddenly while playing a game in the Dobrajë e Madhe village, part of the Lipjan municipality in Kosovo. According to a preliminary report from the Kosovo Police, the incident occurred during a sporting event. The victim, a Kosovar male, experienced a sudden deterioration in his health while on the field.
He subsequently fell to the ground. Medical personnel responded immediately to the scene and were unable to revive the individual, confirming his death. The body was transported to the Legal Medicine Institute for an autopsy, as directed by the relevant prosecutor.
The Kosovo Police has initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
