Rapper Kleviol Ahmeti, widely known as “Cllevio,” provided further testimony during the ongoing legal proceedings at the Anti-Corruption Special Court (GJKKO) concerning members associated with Laert Haxhiu. According to testimony reported by Klan News, Cllevio stated that he has no connection to the individuals currently facing charges. During his testimony, the artist addressed his relationship with Laert Haxhiu, describing him as a childhood acquaintance.
He noted that he and Laert grew up in Lushnjë, a location he stated was very close to his residence. Cllevio recounted memories of their shared youth, including playing football together in 2007. He provided a detailed timeline of his movements.
He mentioned that after living in America, he returned and reconnected with Laert, who at that time was unemployed. Cllevio indicated that he has not seen Laert in recent years. He further elaborated that he departed the United States in 2013.
By 2014, Laert was reportedly imprisoned. Cllevio noted that he was released in 2020, and since that time, he has not had any contact with Laert. His testimony focused on establishing the historical nature of his relationship while asserting a lack of recent involvement with the defendants in the case before the court.
