IPKO expands “Diaspora” pavilion

IPKO, a prominent telecommunications provider in Kosovo, has introduced a new service package specifically designed for the Diaspora community. This offering, branded the “Diaspora” package, aims to provide expatriates with enhanced flexibility and control over their television and internet service subscriptions. Recognizing the varied schedules and fluctuating periods of return for members of the diaspora, IPKO has structured this package to better align with the unpredictable dynamics of visiting home.

The core offering is a three-month subscription package priced at €99. The structure of the package emphasizes user autonomy. Customers can activate the service at any official IPKO sales point.

Upon activation, the first month of service commences immediately. Critically, the remaining two months of service are allocated with significant flexibility, allowing users to utilize them at their own discretion within a twelve-month timeframe. This revised model is intended to eliminate the rigidity often associated with traditional long-term service contracts, granting users greater management over when and how they utilize their connectivity services while abroad or during visits.

IPKO stated that the development of this specialized package reflects its commitment to adapting its telecommunication solutions to the evolving needs of its international customer base. The introduction of this flexible framework positions IPKO to better serve the connectivity requirements of the diaspora community.
