Kosovo, the third in Europe, in Pristina

The Kosovo national team secured third place in the Men’s 20 EHF Championship held in Pristina. The achievement was cemented after the national U20 team defeated Italy 26:25 in the bronze medal match. The contest concluded with a dramatic final moment, as Olsi Mulaj scored the decisive goal in the last second to secure the victory.

Although the Italian side dominated the first half of the match, the national team mounted a strong comeback during the final minutes to reach the European podium. This success marks another notable achievement for the generation of players who previously performed well at the World Championship in Egypt. Suad Pajaziti was recognized as a standout performer for the national team, contributing 9 goals from 9 attempts.
