Prishtina – Prime Minister Albin Kurti issued a statement following a meeting with LDK leader Lumir Abdixhikun, clarifying the circumstances surrounding recent discussions regarding Glauk Konjufca’s potential candidacy for the presidency. Kurti emphasized that Konjufca was not considered as a candidate under any circumstances. Speaking to the media, Kurti explained the timing of the announcement, stating, “Therefore, we have never had Glauk Konjufca under any circumstances.” He highlighted that the decision to formally propose Konjufca as a candidate was made with less than 30 hours remaining before the transition between March 5th and 6th.
