Kuzeska reports that Saveski has dismissed Ristoska’s case, signifying the complete demise of justice in Macedonia.

Bogdanka Kuzeska, spokesperson and member of the Executive Board of SDSM, explained the removal of Lençe Ristovska, stating the government required a prosecutor operating under its direction. During today’s press conference before the Public Prosecution Office, Kuzeska underscored that the new public prosecutor, Nenad Saveski, is executing tasks assigned by Hristijan Mickoski, including the elimination of Ristovska. Kuzeska detailed that Lençe Ristovska was dismissed, a respected and recognized professional who also worked with Eurojust, and was compelled to resign.

She pointed out that prior to her departure, Kuzeska’s complaint concerning political pressure exerted by Mickoski—specifically, his public insults on television—was rejected. Subsequently, Ristovska was removed from her position. Kuzeska asserted that the handling of Ristoska’s cases, “Talir 1” and “Talir 2,” serves as undeniable proof of the situation.

The actions surrounding these investigations clearly demonstrate the circumstances leading to Ristovska’s removal, as highlighted by Kuzeska.
