The ministry stated that the implementation of this project was executed by the Municipality of Ferizaj, with financial support provided by the Ministry. According to the announcement, the Municipality of Ferizaj was responsible for the project’s design, developing the necessary procurement procedures, and supervising the construction work.
Conversely, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport was tasked with securing the requisite financial resources for the project’s completion. The Ministry further specified that the scope of the project, as designed by the municipality, did not encompass several key elements. These omissions included the construction of a roundabout in Bibaj, the installation of public lighting along the roadway, landscaping improvements, or the widening of the road at the highway exit point.
These clarifications followed a meeting held by the minister with representatives from the Municipality of Ferizaj. During this meeting, the minister sought detailed explanations regarding the project’s scope and execution details.
