The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development (MBPZhR) has confirmed the ongoing process concerning the release and legal return of usurped property previously administered by the Kosovo Agricultural Institute (IBK). The ministry announced that, as part of this initiative, a specific property belonging to the MBPZhR—the Kosovo Agricultural Institute—was released on the date of the announcement, located in Stankaj e Rugovës. The official statement from the Ministry indicated that the MBPZhR is continuing the process of releasing these usurped properties of the Kosovo Agricultural Institute, following a decision made by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, Armend Muja.
Furthermore, the Ministry specified that the release of this particular property was conducted in adherence to the Intermediation Agreement No. ND.nr.430/25. This agreement was dated October 19, 2025, and received formal approval.
The action underscores the government’s commitment to rectifying the legal status of assets that were improperly held or utilized by the institute. The continuation of this process aims to ensure that the rightful ownership and administration of the property are legally restored to the Ministry.
