Murati: Regular payments have been issued with the increased compensation for work experience, and allowances directed to the institutions where they work.

Hekuran Murati, the Finance, Labor, and Transfer Minister, confirmed that regular wage payments, including the enhanced work experience supplement, were successfully completed. Alongside the customary 13th salary, employees received their full compensation. Murati detailed that the elevated work experience bonus was distributed to all eligible staff.

The supplement itself saw an increase from 0.25% to 0.50% for the initial fifteen years of an employee’s work. This adjustment applied to payments made for January and February. Regarding specific instances where mothers on parental leave may have experienced delays in receiving the 13th salary, Murati issued clear guidance.

He instructed employees to directly contact their management within their organizations to resolve any outstanding issues. The announcement focused on the successful processing of payments for workers across various sectors. Murati emphasized the importance of communication and collaboration to ensure all employees received the intended benefits related to their work experience.
