The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Ferizaj has notified the public that it has formally requested the Basic Court in Ferizaj to issue an arrest warrant for an individual identified as A.R. The request stems from suspicions of the criminal act of “Murder,” as defined under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. According to the Prosecutor’s filing, the suspicion centers on an incident that allegedly occurred on June 28, 2026, at approximately 10:40 PM in Ferizaj, specifically on “Sejdi Sejdiu” street.
The allegations state that the suspect allegedly deprived an individual, identified as F.H., of life following a disagreement and ensuing physical altercation, an act classified as murder under Article 172 of the KPRK. Furthermore, the Prosecutor provided additional details concerning the murder incident in Ferizaj. In connection with the case, the father and daughter Ndërkaq, along with another suspect with the initials M.B., were detained.
Their detention was ordered by the Prosecutor pending a comprehensive clarification of the circumstances surrounding the event and the inclusion of all parties in the ongoing investigation. The Basic Prosecutor’s Office maintains that these legal actions are being taken to thoroughly investigate the allegations of murder within the jurisdiction of Ferizaj.
