The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade, and Innovation (MINT) has released the official schedule detailing the maximum allowable prices for various petroleum derivatives. These updated rates are set to take effect on April 19 and April 20, 2026. According to the Ministry’s directive, minor adjustments have been implemented across key fuel types.
Diesel fuel has seen an incremental increase of one cent, establishing its new price at 1.64 euros per liter, up from the previous rate of 1.63 euros. Similarly, the cost of gasoline has risen by one cent, reaching 1.46 euros per liter, compared to the prior day’s price of 1.45 euros. In contrast, the maximum price established for standard gas remains unchanged at 0.60 euros per liter.
These revised pricing structures will be active starting at 10:00 AM and will remain in effect throughout the duration of Sunday and Monday. The publication of these rates by MINT serves to guide market participants and consumers regarding the official cost parameters for essential transport fuels for the specified weekend period. The announcement underscores the Ministry’s role in regulating the pricing stability of key commodities within the domestic market.
