Oil drops by 5 cents from yesterday, MINT publishes new derivative prices

The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade, and Innovation (MINT) has officially announced the maximum allowable prices for various gasoline derivatives, effective for August 6. The regulatory decision outlines the pricing structure for several essential fuels, with specific rates taking effect at 10:00 AM and remaining valid for a 24-hour period. According to the MINT directive, the maximum allowed price for standard gasoline has been set at 1.72 euros per liter.

This figure represents a reduction of 5 cents compared to the previous day’s maximum price of 1.77 euros per liter. For consumers, this marks a slight decrease in the cost of gasoline. Furthermore, the Ministry established distinct maximum prices for related fuel types.

The pricing for the second category of gasoline derivative is set at 1.45 euros per liter. Separately, the maximum rate for general gas has been fixed at 0.60 euros per liter. These published maximum prices govern the retail market for the specified fuels.

The announcement serves as the official guideline for pricing structures across the relevant sectors, ensuring transparency regarding the cost of gasoline and other derivatives for the upcoming operational period. The Ministry’s publication ensures that all stakeholders are informed of the established rates in euros per liter.
