Gjakova General Hospital reported comprehensive activity across its departments, detailing the breadth of medical services provided throughout the month of May. Overall, the facility managed a significant volume of patient care, administering a total of 35,510 outpatient services and visits. The hospital’s specialized diagnostic and therapeutic units reported substantial activity.

Specifically, 1,429 services were conducted via Computed Tomography (CT), while the Ro-Cabinet unit provided 3,801 services. Additionally, the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Unit offered 2,827 services to patients requiring rehabilitation care. Diagnostic support remained robust, with 2,979 patients utilizing laboratory services.

Furthermore, the Hemodialysis ward successfully provided 1,102 dialysis treatments during the period. Beyond these core areas, the hospital executed various specialized assessments. These included 36 ECGs, 29 spirometry tests, 17 ergometry tests, 36 EEGs, 75 echocardiograms, 15 gastroscopies, and 9 colonoscopies.
