Two deputies from the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Enver Hoxhaj and Përparim Gruda, attempted to gain entry to the Parliament hall. However, they were prevented from entering as the doors remained closed. Following this initial attempt, both deputies, Hoxhaj and Gruda, turned back from the entrance.
They stated that the party leader, Bedri Hamza, was scheduled to speak next.
