Prishtina Waterworks discovers 17 illegal connections

The Regional Water Supply Company of Pristina has reported the discovery of numerous instances of illegal water connections during recent inspections. The findings indicated a total of 17 unauthorized hookups across several neighborhoods. The Regional Water Supply Company emphasized the seriousness of the situation, describing the findings as “more than alarming.” In response to these issues, the company confirmed that inspections will continue without interruption.

Furthermore, the announcement warned that preventive legal measures will be implemented against any individuals found making illegal connections to the system. The sustained effort aims to safeguard the integrity of the water supply and ensure consistent service for the community.
