The Public Prosecutor’s Office in Kumanovo has initiated legal proceedings related to an assault case. Furthermore, the juvenile judge at the Kumanovo Basic Court was presented with a request to commence preliminary proceedings concerning two minors, aged 15 and 14, who are accused of jointly participating in the criminal act of assault. The Public Prosecutor’s Office has revealed details regarding the assault case involving the 14-year-old, alongside a criminal charge filed against three women.
According to the report, on March 13 of this year, the women allegedly lured a 13-year-old girl to leave her home with them. They subsequently convinced her to enter an abandoned room situated near the ‘Sokolana’ sports center. Inside this location, the group reportedly assaulted the girl physically, striking her in the face and body and pulling her hair.
The perpetrators allegedly documented the assault using a mobile phone and subsequently threatened the victim’s life if she disclosed the incident to anyone. These actions prompted the initiation of formal proceedings. The legal process now centers on establishing accountability for the alleged assault against the minor.
The ongoing proceedings aim to investigate the extent of the criminal involvement and determine the appropriate charges to be brought against all involved parties.
