A key feature also includes the capability for direct video communication with the central Operations Center, ensuring immediate visual contact when necessary.
Furthermore, the CMC has incorporated a specialized “Silent Call” function. This feature is designed specifically to assist victims of domestic violence and other at-risk individuals, allowing them to request urgent help discreetly and securely, without the requirement of speaking. According to the CMC, the integration of these advanced functionalities underscores the ongoing modernization efforts within the crisis management framework.
