The Black Mountain Police announced significant developments regarding the investigation into the shooting deaths of three workers near Danilovgrad on Friday. Authorities reported that two pistols and more than 230 cartridges were found on the body of Mikhail Nikolajeviq Shabunin, a 30-year-old Russian citizen. These items were recovered in a forest area above Herceg Novi.

Police suspect that the weapons and ammunition were taken from the shooting range following the fatal incident. Additionally, the police also located a mobile phone, a tablet, and various other personal items. All recovered materials are scheduled for forensic analysis, and the investigation remains ongoing, with coordination provided by the State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica.

Shabunin is currently suspected of the deaths of Petar Globarevic (24) and Nemanja Kapor (20), both from Podgorica, as well as Momir Radonjiq (67) from Danilovgrad. The incident occurred on Friday, August 31, at approximately 4:45 PM at the shooting range located in the Stra settlement. The discovery of the weapons on the suspect’s body has provided key evidence for the ongoing police inquiry into the multiple casualties.
