Kosovo Government Accuses Serbia of Blocking Funds for Presheva Valley Residents
The head of the Albanian National Council in Presheva Valley, Enkel Rexhepi, has announced that the Serbian government is preventing the transfer of funds intended for development and preservation of national identity within the region.
