Podujeva, Kosovo – Journalist and activist Blerim Shala has stated that the discussion of potential territorial exchange between Kosovo and Serbia is closely connected to the formal mutual recognition of the two states. Speaking on the PIKË në Koha podcast, Shala elaborated on the origins of the idea, explaining it emerged as part of broader international efforts to achieve a comprehensive agreement. Shala clarified that while the proposal was explored, no concrete plan had been developed, as discussions had not progressed to that stage.
