To mark the 75th anniversary of Porsche’s initial delivery in the United Kingdom, the German automaker has commissioned a unique special edition of its renowned 911 model. This new vehicle, designated the Porsche 911 GT3 Earls Court 51 Edition, is scheduled for public unveiling at the Silverstone circuit from June 20th to June 21st. The historic race track will host an event titled “Icons of Porsche, Sunstede Silverstone Edition.” During this showcase, the new GT3 model will be displayed alongside a vintage 1951 356 coupe.
The creation of this limited vehicle was a collaborative effort, developed by Porsche Cars Great Britain with technical support from the Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur team based in Stuttgart, Germany. This special edition is strictly limited to a production run of 51 units. The listed price for the vehicle is 294,200 euros.
The unveiling serves to commemorate a significant milestone in Porsche’s British history, celebrating its longevity and enduring connection with the United Kingdom market. The collaboration between modern engineering and automotive heritage is highlighted through the display of these iconic models at the renowned venue.
