Stamps with the coat of arms of the state of Serbia are confiscated in Kamenica, approximately 20,000 euros, workers’ contracts – two suspects are arrested

The Kosovo Police conducted an operation in Kamenica, leading to the arrested of two male suspects on charges related to the unauthorized possession and control of weapons and archival materials. According to the police’s 24-hour report, the operation involved raids on the suspects’ residences, resulting in the confiscation of a variety of items. During the search, authorities recovered significant amounts of cash, including Euros (€19,440), Serbian dinars (91,500), and US dollars ($200), alongside 1,300 francs.

Of particular note were the items confiscated, which included a rifle, six laptops, four computer towers, and a mobile phone. Furthermore, the police seized official-looking materials, including a seal bearing the coat of arms of the state of Serbia. The investigation also uncovered numerous files containing worker documentation associated with a parallel Serbian system, alongside various other documents.

The police statement confirmed that the two individuals were detained in Kamenica following these findings. The seizure of materials linked to Serbian state symbols and parallel administrative documentation has prompted the police to conduct further investigation into the nature and origin of the confiscated assets. The operation underscores the police’s ongoing efforts to manage and monitor the possession of sensitive materials within the region.
