Kosovo Journalists Gain Insights Through Media Visits

On the second day of the second module of the School of Journalism Ethics, organized by the Kosovo Media Council (KMSHK), students and young journalists engaged in practical learning experiences. The event included visits to two prominent media organizations: Telegrafi and the Information and Privacy Agency (AIP). At Telegrafi, with editor-in-chief Muhamet Hajrullahu, participants gained firsthand knowledge of the online media outlet’s operations.

Discussions centered on the daily workflow of journalists, field reporting, and the overall functioning of the media organization. Hajrullahu detailed the editorial office’s structure, encompassing both immediate news coverage and the production of various content for Telegrafi.com. He underscored the critical importance of adhering to the KMSHK Code of Ethics to ensure fair and professional reporting standards.

Following the visit to Telegrafi, the students and journalists then toured the Information and Privacy Agency (AIP). Details of this portion of the visit were not included in the original report. The visits were part of a broader initiative by the KMSHK to support and educate the next generation of media professionals in Kosovo.

The event aimed to foster a deeper understanding of journalistic practices and ethical considerations within the media landscape.
