Kosovo Authorities Pursue All Leads in Banjska Attack Following Arrest
Kosovo’s Interior Minister Xhelal Sveçla has responded to the Special Prosecutor’s Office of Kosovo’s arrest of Stefan Raduloviq, a suspect linked to the recent attack in Banjska. The arrest follows an investigation into the incident, which occurred in Zvečan. Minister Sveçla stated that Raduloviq is currently in custody.
He emphasized that all individuals implicated in the terrorist attack will be apprehended, regardless of their location. “Anyone involved in this terrorist attack will not evade responsibility,” Sveçla affirmed. The investigation centers around the attack in Banjska, which aimed to annex the northern region of Kosovo.
Authorities believe the attack was carried out by a terrorist group. Sveçla reiterated the government’s commitment to upholding constitutional and legal processes across the country. “Terrorists do not have a place in our country and will not be able to indefinitely evade responsibility,” he added.
