Taravari: With a new agreement, we could become part of the government

Arben Taravari, Chairman of the Alliance for Albanians, made several strong declarations regarding current political developments during an appearance on the show “Debat në Shenja.” Taravari asserted that the VLEN party remains uninformed about the situation, stating that they are not privy to the full scope of events. He suggested that the current environment necessitates a defensive posture, implying that opposition actions are reactive. Taravari addressed historical influence, claiming that during the tenure of the BDI, Serbia and the Open Balkans exerted considerable influence.

He recounted efforts to place the BDI within the opposition structure, noting that this arrangement persisted for two years. He emphasized that certain political actions were directed, suggesting that those who are not consulted are making decisions. When questioned about the possibility of the Alliance for Albanians returning to the government coalition, Taravari indicated that such a move would be regrettable.

His statements focused on a perceived lack of consultation and external manipulation within the political sphere. Throughout his address, Taravari maintained a critical stance, reiterating that the current political dynamics suggest that certain groups are acting without full knowledge of the facts. The remarks provided a detailed account of his party’s current political assessment.
