The Court begins a new “effort” to make the institutions, the Alliance says it received an invitation for a meeting

The political landscape is currently focused on institutional formation, following confirmation that the Alliance party accepted an official invitation for a high-level discussion. According to the party’s spokesperson, Kushtrim Xhemaili, the acceptance relates to a proposed gathering organized by the acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti. This meeting is understood to be part of a new initiative aimed at structuring key governmental institutions.

The confirmation from the spokesperson stated that the party received and accepted the invitation on the day of reporting. However, details remain unclear regarding the scope of these discussions. It was not disclosed whether similar invitations were extended to the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) or the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK).

Officials representing the PDK and LDK were reportedly reluctant to provide comments regarding the matter to the press. Meanwhile, other political developments suggest ongoing negotiations. Glauk Konjufca, the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and Deputy Chairman of the Vetëvendosje Movement, issued a statement earlier today.

Konjufca indicated that deeper negotiations with the LDK were anticipated to take place during the current week. These statements suggest a period of active political dialogue as various factions navigate the process of establishing new governmental frameworks. The acceptance of the invitation signals a significant step in the ongoing efforts to solidify institutional arrangements within the country.
