Water Supply Restoration Underway Following Shkabaj Pipe Repair
The “Prishtina” Regional Water Supply Company (KRU ‘Prishtina’) has announced the completion of repairs to a main supply pipe in the Shkabaj location, resulting in a gradual return of water service to affected areas. The interruption impacted several neighborhoods, including Fushe Kosova, Obilic, and the Kalabria neighborhood, alongside other local areas. According to a KRU ‘Prishtina’ statement, the repair work was successfully finalized thanks to the efforts of the company’s teams.
Following the intervention, water supply is being restored incrementally. Officials anticipate that full normalization of the water supply will be achieved by the end of the day. The company confirmed that multiple areas experienced temporary disruptions to their water supply.
